GENERATIONS OF FAITH

Generations of Faith is the model now being used by both St. Bonaventure and Holy Trinity.

It is a model that includes at least one parent or guardian or other adult family member as part of the child’s faith formation experience.

There are 7 sessions through out the year which include prayer, a meal, in-depth learning, and home activities. The session runs about 2&1/2 hours.

You have the ability to choose from multiple sessions each month.

Also, we will be having First Grade, First Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation sessions..

For those families with children approaching First Eucharist and Confirmation, know that according to Diocesan policy, a child needs to be part of Religious Ed. one year prior to the year making the sacrament.

Children’s Liturgy of the Word at the 10:00 am mass here and 8:30 at Holy Trinity will be broadened to include children up to the 6^th grade.

There also will be many opportunities for retreats and service to the community.
